This is a type of scaffold access ladder with couplers.
Two scaffold half-couplers are welded to the vertical tube of the ladder.
When working, these two couplers are fixed to the scaffolding frame, keep the ladder steady.

Usually, the finished of this ladder is powder coating, different colors are available.
